Join us for a day of education on Zoom with Georgia Meacham for her Fair Housing and Smart Growth, classes! Take both or only one. Each class offers 3 ECE credits. 

Please log into Zoom at least 8-minutes early as class will begin promptly at 9:30 am and 1 pm. 

• 9:30 am to 12:30 pm - Fair Housing and Your Business Course #18028 - Fair Housing is an important part of running a successful real estate business. REALTORS® need to know the law and where to find information to help obey the law. The class will include review of the most recent cases in Fair Housing laws and take a look at unintentional bias and love letters.

• 1 to 4 pm - Smart Growth and You Course #18029 - As supply and demand change, we need to look at how smart growth plays a role in property values, and desirability. REALTORS® need to think about their community and how it can change. Will your community stay vibrant? Will you have jobs and a clean environment in the future? Learn how 10 Smart Growth Principles can make a difference in a community.
