Dr. Lawrence Yun will introduce our speakers:

  • Dr. Terry Clower will share findings from a George Mason University Center for Regional Analysis study examining the impact of data centers on property values in Northern Virginia.
  • Nadia Evangelou will discuss where data centers are being built, why some markets attract more development than others, and what the data shows about housing, jobs and electricity costs. She’ll also explore how these impacts can vary from one community to another.
  • Matt Christopherson will share findings from a recent survey of REALTOR® members on their perceptions of data centers’ impacts on local residential and commercial property values and demand, the job market, and client and resident concerns.
