HomeChoice is a no cost six-hour, pre-purchase homebuyer class held over three days for Alaskans considering the purchase of a home. The class is visually proctored and requires a webcam to show attendance during the full 6 hours to receive a HomeChoice certificate. This class offers six ECE credits for Real Estate professionals.
