All Alaska real estate education instructor certifications expire on April 1, 2025. There is no grace period. You cannot teach a commission approved course for education credit if your instructor approval has expired.

The Alaska Real Estate Commission does not accept applications via email with confidential information, and/or payment information. Applications are accepted via fax, US Mail, or submitted to the AK REC office.
