• 9:30 am -12:30 pm - Housing Opportunity and You Course #19323 - This course educates students on ways to be a better agent including marketing and professionalism, free resources and financing options to maximize housing opportunities. The course highlights the agent's role in promoting housing and home ownership. This class offers 3 ECE credits.
  
  
• 1 - 4  pm - Fair Housing and Your Business Course #18028 - Fair Housing is an important part of running a successful real estate business. REALTORS® need to know the law and where to find information to help obey the law. The class will include review of the most recent cases in Fair Housing laws and take a look at unintentional bias and love letters. This class offers 3 ECE credits.
