The Anchorage Board of REALTORS® is now accepting nominations for REALTOR® of the Year, Affiliate of the Year, and the Mark A. Korting Community Enrichment Award. These recognitions honor those who actively support the industry, uphold the REALTOR® spirit, and give back to the community through leadership, service, and involvement. 

• REALTOR® of the Year (ROTY). A nominee for ROTY should possess the REALTOR® spirit. Abide by and conduct business according to the Code of Ethics, Fair Housing, and the REALTOR® Pledge. This person has done all of this unselfishly because they believe in the REALTOR® organization and what it stands for. They are dedicated and serve in many ways. They may have served as a local, state, or national director, or chaired or served on an ABR committee. Or might be someone who participates in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, or is involved politically.
  
  
• Affiliate of the Year (AOTY). Do you know an affiliate member that has gone above and beyond to help and assist our REALTOR® industry? Someone who serves countless hours to help us and who believes in our REALTOR® organization? Nominate them today.
  
  
• Mark A Korting Community Enrichment Award. The Mark A Korting Award is presented to REALTORS® or Affiliate Business Partners who demonstrate a strong commitment to giving back to the communities they serve.

To nominate someone to be the next recipient, send us an email and tell us about your nominee. Please include:

• The name and brokerage of the nominee.
• Examples of the nominees achievement and contributions, as shown above.

• In the email subject line please include: ROTY / AOTY / Korting Nomination

Recipients will be announced at the ABR Annual Membership Meeting on October 7th. Send in your nomination today. 

The Award Committees consists of the previous five members who received each award. The committee selects the recipient and committee members may not be considered.
