Description

All REALTORS® are required to complete REALTOR® Code of Ethics (COE) training every 3-year cycle. We are currently in Cycle 7 which ends in December of 2024.

This class will be held in-person at the Keller Williams training room and is for:

• Our new or rejoining members who need to complete the REALTOR® COE course within 60-days of joining the Anchorage Board of REALTORS®; and
  
  
• REALTORS® who want to complete their Cycle 7 REALTOR® COE requirement. 

This 3-hour class will complete your REALTOR® Code of Ethics (COE) requirement for the current cycle, and offers 2 DCE and 1 ECE credits toward your next Alaska REC license renewal due by January 31, 2024 (Course #18234).
