Registration for this class closes at noon on January 24th.

All REALTOR® members are required to complete REALTOR® Code of Ethics (COE) training when they join us, and each 3-year COE cycle. We are currently in Cycle 7 which ends in December 31, 2024. 

This class (Course #18423) completes your COE Cycle requirement and gives you 3 ECE credits toward your Alaska REC license renewal. This in-person class will be offered in a classroom setting.

This class will review the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS®.

REALTOR® COE training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS® and must be approved by the Anchorage Board of REALTORS®. Many courses offered by 3rd-party providers are not approved for the REALTOR® Code of Ethics training requirement.
