Join us for our Market Forecast Luncheon scheduled for Wednesday, January 8th, at the Bear Tooth Theatre. The doors open at 11 am and the program begins at 11:30 am. 

Please arrive early to have time to go through our buffet lunch line and find a seat as we expect to be at full capacity.

This year our speakers are Karinne Wiebold, Economist, from the State of Alaska, Department of Labor & Workforce Development. Blake Elder with RMG Real Estate will deliver the residential report. New this year, Representative Julie Coulombe of House District 11 in Anchorage will brief us on the upcoming Legislative session and legislation that supports home ownership/property rights.
