REALTORS® are required to complete at least 2 1/2 hours of REALTOR® ethics training every three year cycle. The current cycle ends on December 31st. 

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) offers a free online COE course. You can access it here: Existing Member Course (free): https://www.nar.realtor/about-nar/governing-documents/code-of-ethics/code-of-ethics-training.

After completing the course, please send us a copy of your certificate of completion at admin@ancboard.com. Upon receiving your certificate, we will issue you a certificate for 2 ECE credits (Course #2932), which may be used toward your Alaska Real Estate Commission license renewal. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your certificate from us.
